At ROLLER, we love visiting our clients to see how they are using our platform, and discuss ways that we can help improve their experience! Last Friday, the UK team ventured out to Jump Giants Thurrock, a trampoline and inflatable centre located in Thurrock, Essex. Jump Giants have been using ROLLER for their online bookings, waiver solution, session scheduling and reports, for a little over a year now. The visit was a great opportunity to catch up with our Jump Giants friends one year on, and it was great to see how much our relationship has grown!
We were pleased to learn that after a streamlined onboarding, the Jump Giants team unanimously found the POS easy to learn and master!
“It took moments to learn and now I could operate the POS blindfolded”, one of the reception staff said.
The year that followed brought exciting new challenges for Jump Giants. This included introducing an incredible inflatable park – over 10,000 square feet of inflatable obstacle course with an impressive collection of slides and obstacles! But Jump Giants have taken it all in their stride seamlessly and have been able to get the most out of ROLLER to increase traffic and revenue too.
We also took this as a fantastic opportunity to learn from and engage with the customers using our booking platform on a daily basis. The flow from online booking, to signing a waiver, checking in and leaping head first into a foam pit was a joy to take part in. After speaking with those staff who use ROLLER daily, and customers making the bookings, we have returned to the UK office with plenty of constructive feedback to get working on! A few of the topics we’re diving into include ways to streamline the check in experience, increasing gift card capabilities, and introducing membership.
