For over 80 years, Bingemans has been a beloved Canadian staple for families, friends, and communities looking for fun. Its offerings include a water park, tech-infused mini golf and outdoor mini golf, large arcades, escape rooms, bowling, a camping resort, and seasonal festivals like Oktoberfest, Screampark (a haunted attraction), and Gift of Lights (a holiday drive-thru light extravaganza). Bingemans is more than a venue—it’s an experience.
With more than a million guests visiting annually and a peak staff size exceeding 600, Bingemans' operations are impressively complex. But when the limitations of their previous POS system started to restrict their creative growth, they turned to ROLLER for a more flexible, scalable solution.

A fully automated program that now powers exclusive perks for employees across 80+ local companies without needing a dedicated administrator.
I told Sarah, I want to build this so we never have to talk to anyone. And she said, ‘Challenge accepted!'

More creativity in action: The Advent Calendar and Diamond Membership
But Bingemans didn’t stop there! To spread holiday joy in a new way, they launched a limited-edition Advent Calendar with ROLLER—each door offering a surprise experience. Using ROLLER’s membership structure, they preloaded custom discounts and benefits assigned to individual codes that guests could redeem throughout the year. They sold out of their initial run of 99 boxes and are looking to go even bigger with the promotion this year.
Following this success, Bingemans is now developing an all-access Diamond Membership, combining the flexibility of their Premier Program with year-round perks for individual guests, further reinforcing their dedication to community, value, and guest delight.
