Wes Ratcliff – General Manager, Karting
With over 20 years of experience developing powerful karting technology, Wes is a leader in the space. He most recently founded and led Volare, a karting race management software that helped venues streamline races and operations. His deep understanding of karting businesses and how technology can improve them makes him the ideal person to drive ROLLER’s karting expansion.

Matt Newell – Customer Success Manager, Karting
Matt has run leisure venues in the UK for over thirty years and knows first-hand the challenges operators face. Seven years ago, he transitioned to the digital side to help venues eliminate manual processes and operational headaches.
