How does the certification process work?
When a company applies to be recognized as a Great Place to Work®, their employees receive a private survey to complete within two weeks. The survey covers various aspects of the team member's work experience, including company culture, departments, managers, and workplace well-being.
To qualify for Great Place to Work® status, at least 75% of employees must complete the survey. The results are then compared to the world's leading companies to determine if the company meets the highest standards of employment excellence.
Achieving Great Place to Work® status is a global recognition that certifies a company as an employer of choice.
