Eliminate accidental unpaid bookings at ROLLER POS
POS operators accidentally create bookings and fail to take payments sometimes - so we've added new controls to POS to eliminate accidental occurrences.New staff permission
We have created a new staff permission 'Can create unpaid POS bookings'.
This new permission is enabled by default for the 'POS Operator' staff role and can be disabled by creating or adjusting custom roles. Find out more about Staff Roles.
POS notification
We also added a new warning notification in POS when processing transactions with an outstanding balance remaining or when removing items from an existing booking, to remind them of the appropriate actions that need to be taken.
