From paper calendars to purpose-built performance
Before ROLLER, Kiltorcan’s booking journey had evolved from handwritten calendars to a mix of spreadsheets, emails, and eventually online booking tools, but none truly fit the needs of the busy outdoor track. Their most recent system, Clubspeed, had significant limitations, particularly around voucher redemption, time-based bookings, and reliability.
We had double bookings, sessions getting confused, and vouchers that couldn’t be redeemed properly. It created stress for the team and the customer.

“Now, nearly everything is pushed through online. We don’t do phone bookings anymore. It’s just easier,” said Anthony.

ROLLER also opened up a new revenue stream that previously slipped through the cracks: add-ons.
Guests can now order pizzas, trophies, and medals directly through the booking journey, something that wasn’t possible with their previous system.
“If the option isn’t there during booking, the guest won’t ask about it. Now it’s visible and easy in the online checkout. It’s been a huge add-on for us,” said Anthony.
