Before ROLLER, Kiltorcan’s booking journey had evolved from handwritten calendars to a mix of spreadsheets, emails, and eventually online booking tools, but none truly fit the needs of the busy outdoor track. Their most recent system, Clubspeed, had significant limitations, particularly around voucher redemption, time-based bookings, and reliability.

“Now, nearly everything is pushed through online. We don’t do phone bookings anymore. It’s just easier,” said Anthony.

“If the option isn’t there during booking, the guest won’t ask about it. Now it’s visible and easy in the online checkout. It’s been a huge add-on for us,” said Anthony.
